At the Canadian Red Cross shop, your fashion purchases support humanitarian efforts, but we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit. We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel and accessories to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the fashion items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any Canada Post location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
